Laverne Cox:
As a kid, Laverne felt different. Even though she felt like a girl, she wasn’t allowed to live her life as a girl. But she loved dancing and acting, and felt like she could be her true self under the spotlights on stage. After school, she moved to New York City to study ballet, and pursued acting.

Marcus Rashford:
When Marcus was a kid, he had a family that loved him and a talent for football. His mum, Melanie, worked long hours to provide for her family, but sometimes she would go without food herself to make sure that her children had enough to eat.

Queen Elizabeth:
Little Elizabeth loved dogs and horses and dreamt of living on a farm. But, one day, she heard chants on the streets. Her uncle Edward had renounced the crown, which meant her father would be the next king, and she heiress to the throne. From that day on, she had to learn how to one day be the queen.

Helen Keller:
Little Helen was curious and eager to learn about the world. After contracting an illness during childhood, she became deaf and blind at the age of one and was unable to talk. Helen and her family found ways to connect with each other, such as hand-signing.

Dwayne Johnson:
Born into a family of Samoan and Black wrestlers, little Dwayne travelled with his parents and watched his family fight in the ring, but he much preferred the football field to wrestling! He trained hard and worked to become a football player, signing with the Calgary Stampeders as a linebacker.
